These projects involved maintaining the clinical quality of therapists by creating clinical policies and procedures, providing educational opportunities, engaging in individual supervision, collecting resources, and identifying support opportunities.

These projects involved managing and streamlining the team that primarily interfaces with therapists. The primary focus was improving the team's efficiency while also maintaining the quality and accuracy of the team's support.

These projects included heavy collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the provider's experience in areas including onboarding, clinical and logistical tools, support and payment.

These projects focused on creating systems to receive and implement provider feedback. This includes creating surveys, developing communications, analyzing data and presenting data to relevant teams for implementation.
